Traditional clinic models lack support and guidance with the short consultation times and lack of touch points regarding their rehab until the next consultation.

I decided to move against the grain and do things differently.

With more support and time for patients with varying options to suit both those who are all in on their rehab or performance journey or those with limited time and resources.

Creating a service that offers people centred practical solutions to support both the client and practitioner to create long term change.
